Sprinkler systems are the most effective automatic method for controlling a fire in its first minutes. Each sprinkler head opens independently by heat at its location, so water is delivered only to the fire zone and equipment losses are limited.

Design

Water flow and pressure are calculated according to the hazard class (light, ordinary, high), storage height and rack layout. The pump set is designed with a diesel backup that can run during a power cut, and the tank volume must be sufficient for the duration the standard requires.

Maintenance

Sprinkler systems need weekly pump running, monthly valve and pressure checks and annual flow and alarm tests. Alevkıran records these tests and reports any missing parts.

Frequently asked questions

Is periodic checking of extinguishers mandatory?
Yes. The Regulation on Fire Protection of Buildings and related standards require regular checks and maintenance of extinguishers. An annual check and, according to their life, refilling and hydrostatic testing should be carried out.
How is a fire department conformity report obtained?
After the fire safety design and acceptance tests of the systems are complete, an application is made to the relevant fire department. Alevkıran provides file preparation and test documents; the final decision belongs to the fire department.
Can I have a one-off service without a maintenance contract?
Yes. You can choose a one-off periodic service or extinguisher check on the booking page. A contract adds scheduled visits, priority service and panel tracking.
How quickly do you arrive for emergency service?
Under the Corporate maintenance contract our target arrival time is 4 hours in Bursa and 6 hours in provinces with a service office. For non-contract requests the time depends on availability.
Our fire alarm keeps giving false alarms; what should I do?
We examine the event memory to identify repeating addresses and causes. The problem is usually solved by cleaning, changing detector type or correcting placement.
