Customer Reviews
At the insurance audit we downloaded and presented all maintenance reports from the panel. We had no missing items and the auditor liked the system very much.
Our false alarms fell from six a month to under one. Their engineers analysed the event memory and changed the position and type of two detectors.
They delivered the gas suppression system with a room integrity test and the concentration result is clear in the report. Annual check reminders arrive without fail.
Thanks to the hood suppression system we got a discount on our insurance premium. Installation finished overnight and we opened on time in the morning.
We tested the 4-hour emergency commitment twice and both times the crew was on site in time. The reports were in the panel the same day.
