This privacy notice has been prepared by the data controller Alevkıran Yangın Sistemleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Data processed and purposes
Name, phone, email, company and facility address, contract and booking details are processed to prepare quotes, conclude contracts, deliver maintenance and service, handle invoicing and accounting, and meet legal obligations. Facility plans and equipment inventories are used only to perform the service.
Transfers
Your data may be transferred only to the extent the service requires to our subcontractors, payment institutions, insurers and, on request, authorised public bodies such as the fire department.
Retention
Maintenance and test records are kept for the duration set by legislation and the contract; accounting records are kept for statutory periods.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, object and claim compensation. Send applications to kvkk@alevkiran.com.tr.
