AK-YD Fire Hose Cabinet
A fixed-reel, 20 m hose, TS EN 671-compliant fire hose cabinet.
- Pressure-tested hose
- Recessed option
The AK-YD is a fixed-reel hose cabinet used in buildings where the regulation requires hose cabinets. The cabinet consists of a sheet-steel body protecting the hose, nozzle and valve, with recessed or surface-mount options.
Inspection
Hoses undergo an annual pressure test; valves and nozzle tips are checked during service. Signs and direction markers placed beside the cabinet make it easy to find in a fire.
The door and frame are produced in red with a 'FIRE' label as standard.
